lil sis

Just stfu already!

You are the one being aggressive here.

Accept your defeat and forfeit.

I respect your believe even if it is different from mine.

He is just adorable.

What a delightful little game.

Personally I wouldn't say character customisaton is my favourite part of most video games but I am still an absolute sucker for character customisation and I love creating my own characters. My favourite games are the ones where you can keep evolving your character as you progress with more customisation options through perks, abilities, skills, weapons, armor or just nice clothes.

I also agree that a game that fully focuses on character customization can be a lot of fun because character customisation just rocks. And this game definitively stands proof of that.

Get a fucking life.

You are just sad.

Love that I can change height now!

Game is gonna be great once it's a lot more finished.

Good for you.

Now shut your useless trap at once!

I seriously hope for you that you are just pretending to be this dumb to piss me off and not actually this dumb.

Sure, I am the strupid one.

Not the one who starts whining about me offering valid criticism to a game or the one whose username is quite literally fucking "Futanari Lover 78".

Lame insult.

Say something useful.

Geez this game, where do I even start.

The gameplay is really shallow. It feels like an idle game but it isn't and requires player attention. It basically boils down to maintaining your HP and MP while bringing down the enemies HP. There isn't much skill, depth and strategy involved.

The early warrior gameplay boils down to spamming attack and chugging potions to win.

Then, you get the heal over time spell so you just keep up that spell and spam attack. Later you get a shield spell that you can also maintain if you have enough MP. Debuff items can be thrown at enemies to make them weaker but this isn't really needed.

Late in the game, you get haste, the best spell in the game because speed is very, very overpowered so upkeeping this spell all the time is mandatory. Otherwise nothing changes.

Point is, fighting every enemy is the same and you rarely ever have to use any real tactics but just "run a mental script" of keeping up spells and auto attacking. Success or failure mostly boils down to having stacked numbers high enough to win rather than skill.

This game would unironically have been much better as an idle game.

This game HATES heavy armor and it HATES you if you dare to wear heavy armor. All pieces of plate armor or samurai armor will cripple your speed by values around -300. This is bad because it not only cripples your DPS, but your speed also affects your healing per round and MP regeneration which is crucial to survival. To top it off, most heavy armor tends to have 0 magic defense. And "magic" damage isn't just enemies casting spells but for some reason half of the enemies deal magic damage, including a skeleton with dual axes, a snail, slimes and a crystal dog. So heavy armor is actively worse than wearing notthing at all against half of the enemies. Because of this, for the most part of the game Warrior type characters will just wear a just cloth tunic with random pauldrons. Mages get a lot better looking equipment. Luckily, later on you get a "Battledress", which is a proper cuirass, vambraces and a chainmail skirt that makes you look actually quite cool and only has -150 speed, which is managable in the late game, and good magic- AND physical defense.

Conversely, for the same reason, you will be forced to wear an ugly and humiliating circlet instead of a proper helmet like a true warrior for about 75% of the game if you want to maximise DPS, HP and MP regeneration. Luckily, at least there is a cool looking helmet at the very end that has very high HP and MP regeneration which outweighs the benefits of the circlet if you already have high speed so you can stop wearing that darn thing.

Otherwise, there are a ton of interesting and unique acessories to make builds with. Almost none of them are viable and you will almost always want to have the HP recovery ring and the speed ring or loot drop accessories, though some damage boosts like the +8% crit one are situationally useful. For the late game, the Rainbowstone ring is  mandatory because the lategame bosses like stacking infuriating and stupid debuffs on you and bleeding you to death and the +20% penetration one is semi-mandatory because everything will take forever to kill. There are some accessories that cripple your defense and magic defense in exchange for huge damage boosts and life leach. All of these are useless and will get you killed in two hits. There is also an unarmed gauntlet which seems like a really cool item but it actually does less damage than a weapon even when you first get it and it takes up a highly competetive accessory slot so it is unusable.

The game also likes to put stupid, nonsensical penalties like "-10% crit chance, -10% dodge chance and -125 attack speed" on half of the blunt weapons, making them utterly unusable. But strangely not on the other half of them, as if the developer realised that this is stupid and stopped it but didn't go back to fix it on previous weapons.

Stats have arbitrary soft caps on 20 and 50. Generally, each point after 20 is worth half as much and each point after 50 is worth 1/4. This is never explained to the player.

Then there is the absolute excercise in pure misery that is the late-game. Around the Demonic Forge, the enemies start getting obnoxiously tanky which slows down the pace of the game. But when you get to the Dragon Burial Site, it gets worse and enemies (regular common enemies, not minibosses) start taking 3 real life minutes of repetetive combat to kill. Now you start fearing each enemy like the plague, not because they are dangerous, but because they take forever to kill and will waste your time.

Then comes the utter humiliation for the player that is the Void Realm. The Void Realm is a boss gauntlet of all previous bosses with awesome visual upgrades. This sounds like a really cool idea and I wish more games did boss gauntlets. However in practice, all of these bosses are HP sponges with just one gimmick you need to figure out to easily beat them. Then, you fight a Ringed Knight from Dark Souls who is just another HP sponge who takes forever to kill. Finally, you meet the Eternal Dragon, or the Eternal Drag On how I like to call him, who disappointedly looks nowhere near as imposing as in the opening cutscenes and looks like just another enemy. He has a JRPG final boss tier HP bar and takes forever to kill. But then, after beating him, you get kicked out again and have to do the crawl up the miserable damage sponge boss gauntlet and the JRPG final boss tier health dragon 3 more times to unlock his true form and banish him.

I feel like even the developer has lost interest to keep working on the game because while the first areas had a lot of flavourful and adventurous quests, the last few areas only have 2 or 3 quests associated to them each and even the weapon, armor, pet and magic shops stop getting more stock.

The post game is a joke with zero new quests and no new shop stock. You just fight an endless enemy gauntlet until you reach LV 100 if you really want to for some awful reason. The game should just have ended after the Eternal Dragon.

Then there is permadeath mode. Just don't bother. The game is not hard but if you fail one knowledge check or go into a boss you are underleveled for or, god forbid, try out a build with the wrong items, you can repeat 10 hours of repetetive grind.

I was also disappointed that there were no feline enemies to face in the game because the opening cutscene implied that they were a crossbred human monter race. The only feline in the game other than the player is Nyaala. In fact, there are no enemy orcs either, contrary to what the opening cutscene implies. And there are no NPC orcs. Orcs just don't exist in this setting. This is something I really hate because all races that exist in a setting should actually be present in form of NPCs or enemies, unless there is a very good lore reason for the player being the only one existing.

The game is also jam packed with a metric ton of Dark Souls references for some reason, even though Dark Souls is an action game and this is a turn based RPG. This is to the point where weapons have Dark Souls stat scaling, despite the fact that strength already boosts melee damage. I am also 99% sure this is the reason stats have soft caps. I haven't noticed any references to other games. I don't get the connection.

On the positive side, some of the art is really well done. The monster sprites especially are probably the best thing about this game. It's pretty clear that the developer is a very skilled and passionate artist, not a game designer. The music is also excellent and keeps you hooked to the game especially early on. I don't know if the music came preshipped with 001 Game Creator, but if not it's quite impressive.

Overall, this is a great study for aspiring game designers on how to not make an RPG.

Stay seething. It's funny.

I had fun!
I made a murderous cannibalistic war criminal.
The artstyle of this game is very pleasant and unique.

The "village mode" is VERY poorly tutorialized and I have genuinely no idea what is going on and what you are even meant to do.You just look through the gate and there are demons and you look at them and apparently that's a BAD THING!!! even though you are not even letting them in. And you cannot place the TV (Fish Lamp?) on a table so it just sits on the floor which pisses me off. You can just summon infinite "sinners" from your phone so why even answer the door? On the plus side the random items you can dig up are pretty fun and interesting and definitively remind me of Tomodachi Life "artifacts".
It feels very unfinished but it also looks really cool like an Animal Crossing/Tomodachi Life style game but with a management challenge and a failstate aparently(???). So it is more or less unplayable right now but it looks like could become a really cool game in the future.
Definitively needs better tutorials.

Yes.

Same dev. Same characters.

Doubt.

You act like a rabid dog.

You sound mad.

Sry bitch, but if you are defending someone called "Futanari Lover 78", you do not have the authority 2 call anyone else a loser.

How do I unlock the good ending?

I got the Donkey call but I can't use it before meeting Shrek, during the first Shrek fight before the second Shrek fight or after the second Shrek fight.

It's not actually out yet. It's still early access and unfinished.

That's why I am not seriously playing yet besides some below 4 hour runs but waiting for the agme to be finished first.

I am an atheist but you need Jesus guidance in your life.

And you are expecting me to take anything you say seriously?

Your username is Futanari Lover!

LMAO!

I got stuck so I looked up a walkthrough and turns out I missed out on one of the party members and judging by the difficulty of the enemies I have encountered, I am pretty sure it was balanced for a 4 members party.

I find it highly questionable to make vital party members easily missable like that.

I will replay the game in the future but right now I am burnt out from that.

Banshee - Main character.

The bat - Just talk to him at the entrance f the mines for an easy party member.

The chicken - Kill all the wolves at the farm and recruit him at the chicken coop.

The butterfly  - At the blacksmith tower, on the spike floor go south instead of north, then head up the southern stairs and you will encounter a miniboss. Make it past that miniboss and then up the stairs to recruit the butterfly.

I think that's all might be false though.

Pretty boring!

No blunt weapon to collect and sell.

I do not like AI slop.

The game seems increadably unfinished.

Can't craft and money is useless.

He looks absolutely adorable like this.

Fun little game. Getting the pieces in place properly with my high sensitivity gaming mouse was actually a little challenge.

I liked The Scythian Warrior a lot more.

The gunplay is pretty alright, but the melee combat is atrocious. Stealth is non-existant and enemies have a detection radius here they will notice you rather than a sophisticated stealth system with field of view or hearing, which is sad because stealth is important in these kind of games.

That said, I still had fun at the end and that's all that matters. Nice little mindless time waster. The gladiator arc was my favourite.

He needs to add more enemies like the charging guy, the one who blocks your punches, the fat guy who spews fire, the jump kicking lady and the huge overpowered elite guy. Also weapons like the baseball bat and throwing knife and bosses and a stage where you go from left to right and discover new backgrounds with envoiremental hazard and destructable furniture with pickups inside.

As is, this is kinda boring because you just fight the same guy 99 times with the same backdrop.

It's a Beat Em Up.

It exists.

It's kinda boring.

Could you add a stone mace or hammer please?

There are a stone knife, staff (polearm),  sword, 3 axes but no stone maces/hammers, even though historically some maces have been actually made out of stone.

It could be a disc mace for historical accuracy, a stone maul or just a huge stone club for orcs and trolls.

This is important for me because I want to spec into building and blunt weapons.

Fun little dungeon crawler.

The game has some very crucial flaws in that there is no stagger so you cannot really combo your enemies and have to largely rely on hit and run techniques or get countered immediately. Also there is an awkward delay after your attack before you can dodge, which would be alright if your axe was a heavy powerful weapon that can stun enemies but works very poorly for hit and run tactics you need to do because enemies do not stagger. The fact that there are no heavy attacks, jump attacks or dash attacks and the only option for the player, regular enemies AND bosses being basic combos make the combat end up growing kinda stale and the bosses feel the same. Despite all of that, the game is actually too easy because your health regenerates very quickly on its own. Archers are too weak and I would have increased their rate of fire.

If you were going for a Soulslike feel (because of the invincibility roll being your main defense), backstabs, rolling attacks, parry 'n riposte and healing flasks would have been nice too but if you were going more for a classic hack 'n slash this is unnessesary.

There is a minor glitch where you can glitch yourself through some walls and gates by positioning yourself at a certain angle and swinging your axe, using the forward momentum. But that is nothing gamebreaking or especially awful.

Despite that, I actually had a lot of fun with your game. The envoirements were beautiful, I liked the overall setting and the player, enemy and boss designs and hacking 'n slashing through enemies with an axe is always fun.

I hope you learned a lot about Unity with this so you can make a better hack and slash later.

Great little card game.

No warrior class.

QEZC instead of numpad.

Unplayable! Not everyone has an american keyboard.

Mount and Blade but Soulash.

Would be cool if a maxed out endgame character could be a one-man army and wipe out enemy armies.

I do not like how the game prides itself with a "classless system where you can create every character you want", but then the "races" are actually class locked.

You could theoretically make a Kitkin berserker, but you would literally advance in clubs and two handed at half the rate of a Woolkin (75% VS 150%), get very low HP and a bunch of mana you don't need AND your active and passive abilities would be useless to you. The character would just be worthless.

Really, the races just determine your class. Hope this gets fixed or the game will at least acknowledge that race = class in this game and not try to mislead the player.
