Welcome to Danganmake!
A 100% free software that lets you create your very own Danganronpa. It was developed so the community can build their own stories with custom characters, situations, and ending, and then share them with the whole world!
It is designed to be simple so anyone can grasp the basic concepts. But if you run into any trouble, you can always check out our official Wiki (available in both English and Spanish) or watch the video tutorials we’ll be uploading ;).
What can you do in Danganmake?
- Create 2D Stories: Make your characters interact using expressions, voice clips, sound effects, and on-screen visual effects. You can also display custom images or videos if you want to give your project an even more professional touch.
- Design 3D Class Trials: The next step of your story is decided in a trial, where your characters will debate to find the culprit. It includes classic events such as:
- Non-Stop Debate: The most iconic minigame of the series. Everyone starts talking at once, and you’ll have to shoot your Truth Bullet to contradict or agree.
- Choose Culprit: Point out and select the person responsible for the case.
- Choose Answer: Answer multiple-choice questions to move the discussion forward.
- Choose Evidence: Present the correct evidence to refute arguments and reach the truth.
- Multimedia Support: You can add images and videos directly inside the trial! Perfect if you want to play your custom execution animation O_O.
- Non-Stop Debate: The most iconic minigame of the series. Everyone starts talking at once, and you’ll have to shoot your Truth Bullet to contradict or agree.
And that’s not all! I’m not telling you absolutely everything Danganmake has to offer because you’d end up reading a super long text, and that’s kind of tedious, right? >:(

Why does my antivirus show a warning when I try to open Danganmake?
This happens because the executable does not yet have a purchased digital signature certificate (it’s not like we have extra money laying around to pay for one 7_7). Because of this, Windows or your antivirus will display an "Unknown Publisher" warning. Don't worry: the program is completely safe—just click on "More info" and then "Run anyway".

for some reason the starting sprites for all of my custom characters are their consent sprites? and i dont see an option to give them a default, so what's going on?
(i know nagito is already in the game btw i just wanted a version with english voicelines)
love it, just would like for it to have v3 and v1 characters and let you add sprites/voicelines to default characters

Despite clicking "Run anyways", deleting+redownloading the file, extracting it, running as administrator, the program just will not open. It loads like it IS opening, but the application itself does not open or show up. May I ask if there is any way to remedy this issue?
EDIT: Downloading the opengl file instead of the top one works!

hi , but how do i download it on pc , i get it there is download option but it olny gives me a LIT audio of music , if someone helps me , i will be happy {edit : i aredy know cuz i had to press odd one out and i don't have that app , olny firefox pictures}

Hi, so when I try to open Danganmake it tells me it doesn't have an associated app so it won't even let me open it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
you probably need winrar or another program that opens rar files, try that

I'm not sure if im being dumb or what but for some reason my characters wont show up after creating them
If they appear in the character editor but not in the intro or trial editors, it's because you forgot to go to the character selector, add your characters to a podium, and save it.

I tried adding non stop debate, but when testing, it just doesn't start...

yes
it doesn't let me in, because the pc that i'm using says that it's not "safe" or something like that
I assume you're also using Windows? you should be able to click a button to show more information, and then click the new button that says 'run anyway'
it's sooooooooo laggy but in doesn't lag my pc? just danganmaker itself
