after knowing that smg4 had ended this was great it filled me with joy I loved it thank you even if you don't see this I'm happy you should keep up the good work (by the way it really scared me when it said it was going to delete all of my save files sorry I was just interest in what would happen but I stick to my feeling and did the better ending first.)
OMG IS THAT THE TV GUY FROM SMG4!? I miss SMG4. He retired because he accomplished something He wanted and didn't have to do it anymore. And so, he just does animated shows in Glitch Productions. So, he decided to end SMG4 there. It's sad.

Hello world and folks! I'd like to dedicate this comment to the creator of this game; and if the creator is actually reading this I'd like to first let you know my sibling is a big fan of your game, but for whatever reason your app crashed on their android phone.
After some investigation using logcat and adb I realized that your Ren'Py bootstrap for the visual novel is outdated and still calls the os.makedirs directly on Android/data/ from this specific log:

All I had to do though was just create a new folder in Android/data/ called com.elis.behindthebroadcast and another subfolder called files if anyone else is looking for a fix.
Thx in advance and on everything you do, I hope you publish an update to the android versions regarding this since it can be an issue on the newer, more locked down android versions with Scoped Storage since os.makedirs is blocked from creating the top-level app folder directly inside /Android/data/ among other directories. :/

Also, if anyone is unable to also save on their android port, what I did for now is also create a blank text file in Android/data/com.elis.behindthebroadcast/files/saves called security_keys.txt with touch directly with adb shell touch /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.elis.behindthebroadcast/files/saves/security_keys.txt (cuz I couldn't be bothered with messing around in the android itself) because of another error I encountered:

This visual novel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I really admire the slow romance aspect of it since I wasn't exactly fond of Mr P until we got to know him.
After figuring out his past with his parents and learning his opinion on love, I assumed the game was going to be a bit longer. When I found out he had been avoiding us, I immediately caught on that he was hiding his feelings by hiding himself, which was super funny and adorable!
I also loved the reject ending; I got so scared Elis was ACTUALLY gonna mess with my files.
I must also admit I did have to Google a few of the endings because I am so good at romancing that I couldn't figure out any other way to end the game! The ending where we leave is by far the most heartbreaking, especially after falling for him.
In all, I fell in love with Mr Puzzles; this VN brings out his character amazingly. The dialogue was well done, the characters are all lovable, the pacing is perfect, and all down to the last cc for our romance ending I was loving it.
PS: I'm a young writer myself, and I feel like I found this VN at just the right time. I have the biggest passion for writing, but I've felt so unmotivated recently... Elis's story gives me hope that my writing will too come alive one day as long as I keep going.

This was great! One thing I'd recommend is giving a name to the endings and a way to see how many we've done or unlocked so we can try for more. The ending I got was basically accidental friendzone, and I would love to know the other possibilities and where I went "wrong"

I got no words- this was just amazing >_<! I've been waiting for this to be released for so long and i only NOW realized it's out??? this is one of the best visual novels i have ever played, i just love how the story introduces each character and our interaccions with them for each ending, and just for the fact that i was really into the story and almost cried when i got the good ending.
i would rate this a 10/10 for a bunch of other reasons that i wont put here or else this coment would've been a LOT longer, but anyway it is fire.

i have 0 context for this game but as someone who's had a crush on yes man since 2014 you can just kind of throw a guy with a screen for a face at me and i'll be happy.
the writing's a little stiff but the art has a ton of character. the VN's full of admiration for the life of a creative(director, specifically, but the themes of self-confidence and taking pride in your work are generally relatable) and there's so much love for whoever the hell mr. puzzles is, it's obvious he means a lot to the dev and this is a wonderful way to show that. for a bit he was *our* comfort character and i think that's beautiful. also his blushing sprite's adorable.

I have never grinded a VN but I just spent 6 hours grinding this so I could get the romantic ending... Zero regrets. (Also I did try to reject him after and it was the funniest shit I've ever got in a game and I don't regret it XD)
