Hey there, really lovely pixel art you made :)
Would you be ok if I use these in a Steam Workshop mod I made for an early access game? I would credit you on the workshop page + in the mod data itself and would add a third party license document stating no extracting, copying or redistributing of your assets is allowed. I am just unsure if you would count this as a non-commercial project because it is a mod for a commercial game? (I have no relation with, so for me the mod is a private project.) So would i need to purchase it, and if so, could I use it in the mod afterwards?
I found this below when downloading your assets. Maybe add this to the license overview above for clarity.
- If this pack is free, you must purchase it for at least the suggested price for royalty-free and commercial use rights to apply.
Hey there, sorry for the very late reply - the underlying engine is still Bitsy, 3D or not, so all the mods or hacks for the normal Bitsy version are usually working with Bitsy 3D too. Back then there was a mod that allowed you to drop in an audio file into the project folder and it would play it automatically. So it's just a single file, auto playing at start-up and looping.
You can DM me on Discord if you still need help @thatsmaik. But hopefully you figured it out. If so, feel free to share, would love to play it.
Thanks for playing <3
Thank you very much lilo for playing my game and the feedback. My main focus for this was creating the atmosphere of a rainy sleepless night, which i had many back then. So i am really glad you enjoyed the vibes, too.
I am not sure what exactly you mean by the bug report, but i'll see, 3 years later, OMG, time flies. Thanks <3
