not sure if it’s exactly what you mean, but my game had fully hand drawn illustrations in marker and colored pencil, and then a hidden section with photo collage splash images. I love weird games like this. Really cool execution. I do wish it was slightly easier to identify the Bad glasses of milk as some of the graphic look very similar with the static overlays and makes it very difficult to id. Every time i died it was because of that ;;0;; But otherwise really loved this, super bizarre and excellent tension building!

this seems to have just come out. This is super disappointing to me as I use renpy frequently for projects. But just wanted others (and especially mods) to be aware since Renpy is the preferred engine for this jam and the jam is anti AI

Hello! I had started working on a project for another jam that I ended up having to drop out of that I think would fit this jam very well. However I have a few questions regarding it. 
1. I had started making some elements of the project already. Specifically: Some scripting and a few assets were made already. Can I still use this project for this jam? The work already done is fairly minimal compared to what needs to be done. 
2. My game is being made in RPG maker and includes some exploratory elements as well as VN elements. Most of the story will be told through the VN elements, the exploratory elements are supplementary. Is this allowed or does the project need to be straight VN?

yes, it is really 6 months. the goal is for people to work outside of their comfort zones and try a new medium if they want to, or to just put a lot of thought/work into a project they want to.
