Welcome to XP Sessions' first Game Jam, and thank you for joining us!

Our goal with this initiative was to create an opportunity to welcome anyone curious about making games and provide a safe environment to collaborate and learn together.

We want to reinforce that it doesn’t matter if you have no experience making games; take this as an opportunity to learn and support your teammates in any way you can.

We only ask that you:

• Maintain a safe environment
• Keep the place clean and don’t leave trash around
• Treat the space and equipment with care

•  If you use AI during the process, be transparent about it. 
  • This is a judgment-free environment, and we understand why it might be beneficial in some cases.
• No NSFW (18+) imagery or text is allowed
• No content that promotes violence, hate speech, or religious views is allowed
• Mature language is allowed unless it interferes with the points above

To submit, you need to upload a new project containing your game to Itch.io. We recommend making a shared account dedicated to the Jam between your group members so everyone can have equal access to the account and game page.

You're open to submitting your project at any time you feel comfortable during the Jam, even if it's not finished. 

Whether that happened because you had to leave early, had work/personal constraints, or maybe you just needed more time, remember — the goal is the process,  not the finished project.

It doesn't matter if:

• It's not completed
• It's missing art, programming, sound or other key aspects
• It's not playable — deliver a PDF file with screenshots and a description of your game

Deliver what you have.
